We have a wealth of experience, just short of 10 years in story-telling from theatre to screen. So rest-assured you are getting some of the industry’s best talent working on your wedding film. Consulting

We want to know all about our couples journey of falling madly, deeply in love. The story that brought you together will help us create a film that expresses your unique story. As part of our offerings, we have an upfront meeting, with no obligations attached.

Day of Co-ordination

To ensure that our clients get the best of our attention, we only accept a limited number of bookings per calendar year. This helps us maintain consistency in our production value, and ensures that our clients are 100% satisfied.

Full Service Wedding Planning

We put our heart into the production of your wedding film. We cover everything you would like us to – from shooting the preparation of both bridal parties, to capturing the ceremony, and of course, the celebration at your reception.

4 Hours Cinematic Coverage

• FULL CEREMONY CAPTURE - 1 x Camera set-up + Lapel microphones on the Celebrant & Groom
• PERSONALISED COUPLE SHOOT - We tour the venue with our newly-weds
• 3 x CINEMATIC EDITS - 1 x Ceremony + 1 x Wedding Montage made up predominantly of the couples shoot with highlights from the ceremony up to 3 mins + 1 x Wedding Highlight Teaser up to 45 secs

AFFECTION

8 Hours Cinematic Coverage

• FULL CEREMONY CAPTURE - 2 x Camera set-up + Lapel microphones on the Celebrant & Groom
• BRIDE & GROOM PREP - Briefly capture intimate moments of make-up, hair, and getting dressed
• PERSONALISED COUPLE SHOOT - We tour the venue with our newly-weds to capture feeling of the momentous occasion
• 3 x CINEMATIC EDITS - 1 x Ceremony: We take the footage into the edit and sync the camera angles, to give you a dynamic real-time feel of your wedding ceremony + 1 x Wedding Montage - made up of the ceremony, bride & groom prep, and the couples shoot up to 5 mins + 1 x Wedding Highlight Teaser up to 1 min

DEVOTION

10 Hours Cinematic Coverage

• FULL CEREMONY CAPTURE - 2 x Camera set-up + Lapel microphones on the Celebrant & Groom
• RECEPTION CAPTURE - All official speeches, venue, the first dance, and cutting of cake are captured
• BRIDE & GROOM PREP - As per Affection + We add more detail for this segment in this package, with special attention on bridesmaids and groomsmen
• PERSONALISED COUPLE SHOOT - We tour the venue with our newly-weds to capture feeling of the momentous occasion and showcase the personality of our newly-weds
• 4 x CINEMATIC EDITS - 1 x Ceremony: We take the footage into the edit and sync the camera angles, to give you a dynamic real-time feel of your wedding ceremony + 1 x Wedding Montage - made up of highlights from the ceremony, reception, bride & groom prep, and the couples shoot up to 7 mins + 1 x Reception edit of all speeches + 1 x Wedding Highlight Teaser up to 1 min

WHITE GLOVE

12 Hours Cinematic Coverage

• AS PER DEVOTION + 3 x Camera set-up + 2 x Videographers + MORE
• SAME DAY EDIT - To play at your reception. A great feature for you and your guests. We'll put together highlights from the ceremony, couples prep, your love story and potentially the couples shoot
• YOUR LOVE STORY - Shot prior to the wedding day - We'll take your friends and family on a trip down memory lane and explore the journey about how you met. Shot in a dynamic interview setting with multiple camera angles. This edit will be up to 3 mins in length. It can include a walk through of your favourite locations and pictures of you two, that lead up to the day
• THANK YOU SHOOT - A sweet gesture of thanking your friends and family for being part of your iconic day. This video is up to 2 minutes in length and can include video footage and photos from your honeymoon.

Let's meet

We'll shout you a drink and learn a little bit more about our soon to be married couple. We could Skype or FaceTime too. After this you'll decide if you would like Bayside 9 to produce your cinematic wedding video by transferring a 30% deposit.

Order of events

It's two weeks to the big day, you're excited and nervous, emotions are running high. We can help you destress - send us your run sheet of events for us to ensure all is in order. Kindly pay us another 50% installment so that we can get our gear and crew ready to produce your amazing wedding video.

Shoot

Your big day has finally arrived... woohoo!!! This is where we tell you to enjoy every moment of this momentous occasion while we capture your memories to last a lifetime and more.

The Edit Suite

You're on your honeymoon now, everything feels like a dream. Life couldn't get any better but it does! We're working away creating your unforgettable personalised wedding video, or as we'd like to call it, your "Cinematic Wedding Film".

Final delivery

8 - 12 weeks after your wedding day, your memories will be refreshed, as this is when we'll meet again to screen your film. You'll provide maybe one or two small changes, or maybe nothing at all. Kindly pay us the final 20% and we'll give you a box of memories to share with your loved ones. To infinity and beyond!
